The company and/or individual(s) submitting this application, and each principal and/or guarantor (individually and collectively “Applicant”), agrees to the following: 

1.  The foregoing information contained in this Credit Application is presented for the purpose of obtaining or maintaining credit as of the date indicated and is true, complete and correct. Applicant understands Highway Commercial Services, Inc. is relying on this statement of our financial condition in extending or continuing to extend credit to Applicant.

2.  The receipt of an application shall not create any obligation on the part of Highway Commercial Services, Inc. to enter into any transaction or to extend credit to the Applicant.

3.  The Applicant warrants and represents that any credit which may be extended upon the acceptance of this application shall only be used in connection with the leasing or financing of equipment for a business purpose and not in connection with any personal or household use.

4.  Highway Commercial Services, Inc., its affiliates, successors or assigns is/are authorized to make any investigation of Applicant’s credit either directly or through any agency employed by Highway Commercial Services, Inc. for that purpose. Highway Commercial Services, Inc. may disclose to any other interested parties our experience with this account. Applicant agrees to inform Highway Commercial Services, Inc. immediately in writing of any matter which will cause any significant change in Applicant’s financial condition, including, but not limited to, any change in the Applicant’s business ownership, form, or structure.

5.  Applicant understands that Highway Commercial Services, Inc. will retain this application whether or not credit is granted. Highway Commercial Services, Inc. may share this application or information contained in or related to it with affiliates of Highway Commercial Services, Inc. to determine Applicant’s eligibility for other products or services offered by Highway Commercial Services, Inc.’s affiliates, unless you write to Highway Commercial Services, Inc., at 1250 Walcutt Road, Columbus, OH 43228 to advise that you do not want this information shared.
